Application & Use Notes:
• MIX WELL before use.
• Do not combine with other company products.
• Avoid skin contact and use good ventilation.
• Dispose of spills and cleaning materials according to all existing government regulations.
• Ink is sold to be used out of the container.
• Curing parameters may require adjustment for press speed or ink film thickness.

Cure speed is dependent on ink deposit, color shades, lamp, reflector and energy level.
• Pretests are always recommended before production use to determine highest process speeds.
• Corkure inks post cure for maximum adhesion, abrasion & chemical resistance after 24 hours.
• Follow directions when mixing color or additives as improper additions can cause inks to become thixotropic and negatively alter properties.
* All colors may be expected to be match-able unless unduly influenced by a substrate or the print process.
• Corkure UV inks should be stored in a closed opaque black polyethylene container at ambient (72° F) cool temperatures.
• Inks removed from a press should be stored in a separate closed container to avoid contamination.
• Corkure UV inks have a minimum 6 months shelf life from the date of manufacture as long as the above noted guidelines are followed and nothing has been added to the ink.
• All pigments used are exterior grade.
Metallic, phosphorescent, fluorescent and pearlescent inks are available.
• Inks accept lamination, hot & cold foils, laser & ink jet imprinting, thermal overprinting and transfer products subject to pre-testing.
